Wednesday Is Rednesday!

Please join me over at It's A Very Cherry World, where Sue hosts this fun red party every week!

First I have a set of little candleholders, Made In Japan. I kept seeing alot of great things that people were finding at Goodwill, so I decided to give mine a try. I usually don't find anything, so I call it Badwill, but this time I had good luck and actually found alot of things. These were in a bag for 99 cents! Pardon the boxes of Twilight candy, but they stay in that bookcase all the time, with the books. It's probably very wrong to have my beloved Maeve Binchy books right next to vampire books, isn't it?

I found two more Santa boots, so it's official: I have a collection of Santa boots!

This is the tiniest kneehugger I've ever seen! He's only 3" from his bottom to the tip of his pointy little hat. I have no idea where I'm going to put him, but.....

I know for sure he's not going in here, with all the big guys! He's not ready for that yet!

And finally, nothing exciting, just a poinsettia potholder, but I just love it! It's the little things, isn't it? Ok, now please head over to Sue's to see lots more red!

Goodwill can be great, I think you just have to go a lot. ;) Great finds you found!

I proudly display my favorite books side by side, even though they're very different. :)

I've been lucky at the Goodwill and also walked out without anything...it is hit or miss as with most thrifts. This time you scored! I love the little boots, hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....but my fav is the tiny elf! He is just too too cute.

Your jar of kneehuggers made me smile - they look like they could cause some elfish trouble if they get out of there! Merry Christmas! -amy

Looks like you had a GOOD time at GOODWILL this week, lots of lovely red items of interest there, but I must admit the pot holder really grabbed me!

Carol, those candle holders are so adorable! Their tinsel hair reminds me of Pigpen in Peanuts! (no offense!)

I love the way your little pixie has his feet curled together; you're right, he's not ready for the big boys yet! They must be awfully naughty if you have to keep a lid on them! LOL!

Cute, cute, cute stuff! I had a little luck thrifting this last weekend, but not much in the vintage Christmas category. I really tried to open my mind to possibilities! Thanks for inspiring me!
