REDNESDAY!

Link
It's REDnesday over at It's A Very Cherry World! If you're new to my blog, and happen to love the color red, head over to Sue's, where this party happens every week!

I went antiquing last week, in search of some Christmas girl figurines to add to my collection. I didn't find a single one, but I did find this cute little red camera! After looking at this picture though, I think I'll take the flash off, because it's a wee bit humongous for such a small camera.

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas around here! I think this is the earliest I've ever decorated, but I just couldn't contain myself a minute longer! I normally start the day after Thanksgiving, but what's a few days early?

This extremely large old toolbox sits by the back door, and when lit up, those lights flicker and it gives me such a feeling of contentment when I come home at night!
Well that's it for my reds this week. Be prepared to see lots of Christmas reds in the weeks to come!
HAPPY REDNESDAY!

I am so in love with that little red camera...how cute!! I am so hoping to find a knee hugger one of these days. I had some growing up but they got lost over the years and I really want one for my tree. Maybe I'll look on Etsy. hugs, Linda

I am totally read to jump into Christmas. Going with the flow, pass the eggnog and let the merry making begin.

Love the little camera. How cute is that. I of course, have the Snowdomes book too...

Happy fa-la-la times ahead!

Oh I love the camera!!

How could Christmas be so close. It feels like it is 6 months away, still. Time is racing and I am getting slower. No fair at all. You would think that when our bodies start to slow down, time would to, but nope. Does work that way.
I can't wait to see more Christmas from everyone!

Happy Rednesday and Happy Thanksgiving

I really like that little red holly angel figurine! I LOVE Christmas and it is sooo hard to wait, but also want to give Thanksgiving it's due. So Friday the Christmas boxes can come out.
Wishing you a very happy Thanksgiving!

Wish I had some of your Christmas spirit. It is just not the same for me anymore. Guess that is what age does for you.

Oh how cute. I had forgotten those ginormous flashes on the sides of some of the older cameras. Makes me doubly appreciate my easy to use and MUCH smaller and more portable digital camera - but that is definitely very cool looking. Have a lovely Rednesday and delightful Thanksgiving. :)

Hi Carol,
Love the darling red camera. Never seen one like it before. Christmas at Old Glory Cottage is bound to be Glorious! I too don't usually decorate until the day after Thanksgiving. I did the top of my cupboards last Fri. Just couldn't contain myself any longer.

Carol, I love that you've started early! I never really decorated for Halloween or Thanksgiving this year, so I'm waaaaay ready to get Christmas out. I just have to get Worker Bee on board.

Great red finds and I love what you did with that Noma find too. Very kitschy but it works!

Happy Thanksgiving!
