Bunnies, Bunting And Little Green Men

Just a quick little post to say YES, I'm still here! I've been busy taking care of my Mom (doctors and taxes!), and doing a bit of crafting too. The garage and estate sales have been nonexistent, so I've been making the rounds of the thrift stores, and that's where I found this old set of Easter egg lights.
And I found all of these bunnies, plus one chick, last Saturday. The picnic tin isn't vintage, but everything else is. The big bunny is even musical!
I made this bunting for the front porch railing out of a vinyl tablecloth.
And this one will go on the back porch.
Here's a shot of the St. Patrick's Day decorations. I've already packed them all up, because I decided that two weeks between St. Patty's Day and Easter was just not long enough to properly enjoy all of the Easter decorations. They need to be savored!
Cupcake Sprinkles says "Erin Go Bragh!" and "I hate this hat!". You might find this hard to believe, but she's just as happy as I am that flea market season opens on March 17th. I'm happy because I feel like I have been seriously junk deprived. She's happy because she thinks that would be a much better way for me to spend my time, rather than dressing her up again!~~~HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!!

Your Cupcake is truly adorable, although she does not look too happy to be wearing that hat. :-) What a fun way to repurpose the old Easter vinyl tablecloth! It will look cute on your porch railing. I LOVE your collection of tin watering cans.

Cupcake needs some bunny ears! I'm excited for the flea market season to start up for you. I have been having some pretty good luck at mine! Vintage Easter is hard to find in the thrift stores around here. But if you want Dollar Tree figurines, there are plenty!

I agree. Cupcake needs bunny ears. I always look forward to pictures of your dressed up kitty. You did well with your Easter thrifting scores. I also enjoy seeing how your green hutch is decorated each season.

Bring on spring and more estate and flea markets!!

Oh Poor Cupcake. If I were you I would not be turning my back on her while she has that hat on. She looks like she is in Killer mode. LOL!

The buntings are great.

I can't wait to see what goodies you find this season!

Come On Spring and Flea Market season!!

I love your bunting! The Easter stuff looks great. Love the egg lights. Cupcake is adorable as ever. Almost makes me want to get a cat. Hope garage sales keep start up for you soon. I know how it is to have junking withdrawl.

Oh using a table cloth for a bunting is a great idea- then it's more weather worthy! So springy and cute, too!

Hey, a cat who even LET you put a hat on has got to be a great pet! I can't quite see mine allowing that! ♥

LOL, your kitty is cute with the hat! Fun Easter lights!
The flea market doesn't open here until May! The thrift stores haven't had anything...garage sales might start in April...still too much snow and cold here :(
I need SPRING!

Three stars for the banner from the vinyl table cloth. Brilliant! And a 'Good Kitty!' scratch under the chin to C.S. for doing her part to make the blog so much fun to visit.

Everything is so cute, but oh, those watering cans! & your bunnies! But Cupcake in her hat is just the best! How did you get her to tolerate that hat anyway? LOL! Sweet! :) Pam

Great idea for the bunting - such a pretty post!

'Seriously junk deprived' doesn't begin to cover it here. If this were an actual illness, I'd have been hospitalized weeks ago. Thanks for the spring-y photos!

Yes, I have missed you! love seeing your watering cans. I wish we could enjoy Easter a little longer, too cold to decorate the porch for Easter. Hope there are some daffodils to pick!
Hope your Mom is doing well.
