Petunia The Party Poodle

Just popping in to say HI! It's been in the 80s the last couple of days, which is 30 degrees above the average normal temperature, so I've been playing outside all day! I don't have much to say beyond that, but I thought I'd share with you Petunia.
Do you remember when I got this at Goodwill back in January? I thought it was an old blow mold, but Sarah informed me that it was an old bank. No matter, because I still wanted it to light up, so I added a light to her. But she was missing something.

She was calling out for a party hat, wasn't she? I was inspired by Laurie to make a hat, because I just know that she would have done the same thing! Now she greets me at the back door, along with our Easter lamb! I hope you all are experiencing beautiful weather too. Now go play outside!

    Tooooo cute--and of course there's nothing on this planet that can't be embellished (Laurie's Rule #472). We've been enjoying beautiful weather down here in Mississippi but of course it always comes with a price: mosquitoes and love bugs LOVE warm weather. Yuck.

    I just love the fact you are as crazy as I am. I'm sure you saw my poodle posted on April 1st and the story of my mom's ceramic shop. What is it with us Carol, we are so alike, we are both putting hats on our poodles...Who cares who thinks were crazy. We understand each other! Your box should be there any day now!
