Pinks From My Childhood-Pink Saturday

I must have been a hoarder, I mean collector, from an early age. Because I have alot of things from my childhood. Like this little treasure box. Too bad I didn't dust my junk when I was little, because the "hair" on this doggie used to be snowy white!

This girl and her cart used to sit on my grandparents' TV. She's been broken and glued together so many times. I blame that on my stupid boy cousins, who just couldn't keep their hands off pretty things!

And last we have these two pink elephants. Don't they look just like something you would hallucinate while on a weekend bender?! I had something else that I wanted to share today, but I can't find it, and I'm convinced that someone must have broken into the house and stolen only that one thing. I JUST saw it! Has that ever happened to you?
Well, if you'd like to see more pinks, please head over to How Sweet The Sound, where Beverly is our hostess.

I'm loving your little girl riding a cart. I have something very similar, but it's a girl riding a bike. Same style. I originally bought it to create with and sell, but now I've claimed her as my own!

Great Pinks,
Jill

Love your PINKS! That same thief must have come to my house because things I saw one day are not there the next! Of course it can't be that I can't remember where it is!! lol. The elephants crack me up!

Haha - "weekend bender" too funny!

Love the little cart rider. I had boy cousins like yours. I was such a priss (back then - not anymore!) that I thought they were barbarians!

Love your childhood pinks! So cute. Yes, there are little gremlins who sneak in and take things when we aren't looking. And just to make us crazy, they bring them back later. And some of them can even steal thoughts out of our head!!!!! Bad gremlins!

So my ghost is visiting your house! Stuff disappears all the time and then magically appears again. Hope you find what ever it is. Happy Pink Saturday!

How fun to see these. I'm amazed at what came with me through my childhood. My favorite childhood treasure is my Bluebird Pin and a little tiny poodle my mom bought for me. I had poodles when I was growing up. I was always kissing dogs!

Envelope coming in the mail to you this next week my friend.

It's raining, it's pouring and my old sweet man is snoring...blog on...

I do that often, know I just saw an item and when I look for it there is nothing where I KNOW I just saw it. Invariably a house search ensues until I give up
after which of course the item reappears.
