MY WEEKEND FINDS

Thanks for tuning in to another episode of My Weekend Finds, the continuing saga of one girl's quest for more junk!

The weather was fine, and my painful foot wasn't bothering me too much, so I headed to the flea market on Sunday, where I found this cute yet very rusty watering can.

I put it on the green cabinet, to keep the other children's watering can that I have company.

I had to have this vintage oven mitt, because I've never seen a pink one before.

I also found another Ohio Art world globe bank. It's official: I have three, no now it's a collection!

That big bluish-green USA pot came from a garage sale. I don't know if you remember this, but I said before that I don't have much more room for vintage pottery in the house, so now I'm decorating the porches with them.

This pink McCoy pot came from the same sale. I'm afraid I'm going to have to find some room inside for this one!

Last but not least, a cement cat to guard over all of the stuff that still needs to be planted.
I didn't get alot this week, but what I did get, I like alot! Did you find any goodies over the weekend that you like alot?

You know it's fair. Not only do you find great stuff, you actually display it so wel1" My finds get stuffed on a shelf or set in the wrong place until I figure out what to do. Jealous.

Great finds this week, Carol.
I didn't get out to find anything, but I did win something on Ebay!

Instead of finding, I was fortunate to get rid of a few things! I gave a friend an old cabinet for her shop along with some old vintage odds and ends.

Love everything you found this weekend Carol. Those pots are wonderful...I keep buying planters and they are begging for a new place to be displayed...hoping to figure that out and share them soon. The watering can is adorable...I never see anything like that..well maybe that's a good thing I don't need
another collection. hugs, Linda

Glad you found a third globe and can officially start that collection. Ben has a globe collection that has been going for awhile, altho I rarely pick them up anymore due to lack of space and his being away in college. Pretty good weekend haul!

Very cute watering can and mit!

All my treasure hunting this week was for the grandgirl. I took her to my thrift and antique store here in town. She picked out a pink feather boa for her room. So her! ♥

You always have great stuff. Best of all you show it displayed and in its place. Can't tell you how much I am crushing on that watering can. Wonderful stuff now if only that dear cat can plant those plants! Smiles...Renee

Glad you foot was feeling better. What fun finds!! I managed to get out for a bit of vintage shopping this weekend too. It relaxes me. I certainly do not need any more collections, but....

Hi Carol! I'm so glad to be back blogging. I've missed you! I've been coveting a lot of green vintage items lately and I love seeing you're wonderful mix of style and colors. It gives me hope for my "collection".

Golly gee wiz...I've had a tough time commenting on a few blogs. The mishaps of making our way through the blog world but I've been reading your post Carol and all your weekend finds!
I'm on a lucky path of finding such cute items lately. I'm making some cards too and having a blast, following my heart. It's in that place, you find true contentment I've found. I'm also blogging on Auntie Jacquelines as a Fairytale Coach for those pushing through their dreams!
Happy finds ahead!
